2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed Hair: Once the hair has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

  • Altered Hair: Hair that has been colored, cut, chemically treated, or otherwise altered is not eligible for return or refund.

3. Return Process
